This is the building forum for the Combat Boat 90. If you are interested in the STL's for this project, they are available to those who help me by contributing 15 Euro. Then you get access to a sub-forum where STL's, instructions and mods are located.

First I want to say is that you are making a great Stridsbat, especially the paint job is awesome. Congratulations.

I also want to ask you, where can I find the model for that lifesaver?

I was modelling one, but after looking yours, mine looks like an expired donuts XDDD and i feel shame sharing it.

Please keep sending updates of your boat's progress.

I'm currently away from my normal computer so I re-exported it from my laptop here.
By looking at it now in Fusion, there are some issues with the model, but it might print ok it did on my mk3 (the holes for the thread is to close to the bottom so will probably be some issues there).

I will probably redo it and make it correct later.

I created this just now. It may print better as it is just a half of the thing. Just print two and glue them together. It might work better. I haven't tested to print it as I'm on the other side of earth to my printer for some time.

Good evening Jorgen,
Once again thanks for your files.

I have tested both and I must say that I prefer V2 for symmetry, but if somebody else want to print them, even printing double sized, there is not much difference between.
V2 needs to be pasted, its easy to align and just needs a little more filament.
V1 is also nice, but I found that double sizing, the first layer have not fully contact with printing bed and can't be corrected angling, so I decided to cut the fist layer, to have a full bed contact.

I will post images once I paint them and put the ropes.
