I feel like I'm starting to make progress now. My core is fully glued and dried. Ive added Tamiya putty to full the gaps and imperfections, then sanded. I have also chose to hand paint the whole core in black as would have looked bad if I didn't.. It doesn't 100% match the black PLA but a lot better than the sharpie pen.

In the last couple of days I’ve managed to print some more parts. Just set the printer going while I was at work.

Ive made all the parts now. And all the screws have turned up. Just need to put together.
I didn't want to make it electronic (just static) at this stage, so I made some shocks and bearings which I have attached. Please note: Bearings are smaller then the holes they go into for a reason (just incase you want to change to the correct ones at any stage). Im just printing the shock while writing this.

Ive printed a shock and looks great. Had to change a couple of parts as didn't measure correctly. These have been re uploaded. Fits great to (Now)... I did a colour change half way through to.

Thanks for posting these parts, I plan on making this a static build until I can source the other bits I need, made a great deal of ease to split the core, many thanks

How did you print your dash with the black and blue parts?

Hi KevinMar,

I printed the dash in blue and vinyl cut a sticker to fit. It was one of the most difficult parts to add a sticker to as so many different angles. I was going to cut them apart in my 3D design software. But this way I found to be quicker for me. Hope that helps :)
